Very complex construction further complicated by the use of reclaimed material and very unusual design of some critical components (such as stair case, a 12 cars garage in the basement without any columns supporting the floors above, etc.) Mr Gray does not miss any detail he is very demanding, but fair with his subcontractors

We have had the good fortune to have Ken Gray design and build our home twice: the first time 25 years ago and then again after the Waldo Canyon Fire.
